Agent Drew Davies of Place Ascot, who listed the property with colleague Carter Lagana, has it scheduled for auction at Revival Art & Design Gallery in Albion on Wednesday September 8 at 6pm.
He described the home as having “gun barrel views of the Brisbane river and sweeping Hamilton Hill vistas”.
The home has multiple levels of outdoor entertaining space.
It also has a pool with mature gardens boosting privacy and serenity.
“Renovated in 1991 and again in 2012 by architect Philip Horwood, original character features and modern inclusions have been harmoniously balanced. Those with an appreciation for the period quality will adore window hoods, flat roof, beautiful leadlight windows and double terrace doors,” was how he listed it.
