Australia’s first couple from The Bachelor – Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich – have listed the last of three investment properties they bought in Queensland six years ago, moving to a new chapter.

The couple – who have since gone on to several TV shows, including Ms Heinrich’s stint in SAS Australia this year – listed a massive four bedroom townhouse in Aspley for sale as they make a life in Sydney.

The townhouse in Aspley has a private courtyard.

The dual level townhouse was described as an “unmissable opportunity” by agents.

Agents Rebecca Russell and Courtney Caulfield of Place Kangaroo Point listed the dual level townhouse as “an unmissable buying, downsizing or investment opportunity”. It comes with a fully fenced courtyard, as well as parking for two vehicles in a single garage and an off street spot.

There are four bedrooms in the Aspley property.

Mr Robards had paid $452,500 for the property in February 2016, the same year he bought two other homes in Brisbane suburbs Richlands and Murarrie.

The couple sold a three bedroom townhouse in Murrarie for $730,000 in November last year, making a $100,000 gain in five years, following it up with the sale of a four bedroom townhouse in Richlands a month later for $450,000 – about $50,000 more than they paid in 2016.
