Ex NRL star and Maroons legend Nate Myles has listed two properties for sale at once, picking the peak of the market to offload two QLD homes he bought just before retirement.
Mr Myles – who married Home And Away star Tessa James in 2011 – bought two investment properties in 2016 in the Queensland capital. One was a three bedroom unit in Moorooka and the other a two bedder in Kedron – both suburbs that have seen significant growth in the past six years.

Nate Myles property in Moorooka is on the market now.
He’d paid $540,000 for the larger three bedder in Moorooka – built in 2015 and bought in 2016 – and currently has a tenant in place at $520 a week. It’s been listed by agent Al Rigato of Ray White Wilston as an entertainer’s dream with great views across the suburb off its deck and easy walking distance to shops, cafes, gyms and transport.
He’s looking for offers over $450,000 for an apartment in this Kedron complex.
Mr Rigato has also listed Mr Myles’ two bedder in Kedron looking for offers over $450,000. Mr Myles paid $433,500 for the property in March 2016. The property – in the Wavell State High School and Wavell Heights State School catchment – has one spot in secure basement parking and is 2km from Chermside Shopping Centre.

The ex NRL star made about $200,000 on a Palm Beach property he sold four years ago, but still has other property in Queensland including beach house a half-hour’s drive – and an even shorter boat ride – from his hometown Cairns, as well as a family home in Gordonvale he bought off his mum 12 years ago.
