This property at 5 Molonga Tce, Graceville, is scheduled for auction next week.
RUGBY legend Stephen Moore has sold his Brisbane Queenslander after accepting a cash unconditional offer prior to the home going to auction.
The property at 5 Molonga Terrace in leafy Graceville was scheduled to go under the hammer next week through Ray White’s Cameron Crouch and Douglas May, but the ex-Wallaby received an offer he could not refuse.

The deal was brokered by Cohen Handler’s Jordan Navybox, who declined to comment.
It’s understood Moore was hoping for a price above that of the $3.6 million achieved in May for a similar property down the road at 27 Hazelmere Parade.
The 15m saltwater pool is surrounded by manicured gardens.
The home has traditional features such as pressed metal ceilings.
The former Australian captain has purchased a new project in Ashgrove, in the city’s western suburbs.
The turn-of-the-century character home has seven bedrooms, wide verandas, pressed metal ceilings, French doors, and sits on 1600 sqm of land across two titles.
Records show Moore and his wife, Courtney, paid $3.05 million for the property in late 2019.
‘Molonga’ features a 15m saltwater swimming pool and landscaped gardens.

The property is in a sought-after location, close to schools such as Christ the King Primary School, Graceville State School, St Peter’s Lutheran College and St Aidan’s Girls’ School.
The Moores previously lived in Paddington, where they designed a contemporary, family home at 98 Howard Street with the help of Tim Stewart Architects and Graya.
They sold that property for $3 million last year.
Records show Moore also owns units in Alderley and South Brisbane and a house in Red Hill.
