Developed by the Gardner Vaughan Group, at 91 Kittyhawk Drive, the project’s offerings include a heated pool, rooftop recreation space and a community herb garden.
Prices start at $344,000 for a one-bedroom apartment and $397,000 for a two-bedroom apartment.

Situated at 174 Venner Road, the eco-friendly development offers a similar appeal as Estilo with the adjoining Fehlberg Park offering a tranquil lifestyle.
The project offers 33 apartments with one, two, three and four-bedroom options available.
Renovaré has achieved a five-leaf rating of sustainability from the Urban Development Institute of Australia.
