You don’t have to be a mining magnate to buy a flash beach house in Queensland, with these glam pads offering stunning views at a fraction of the cost of Gina Rinehart’s recent rumoured purchase on the Sunshine Coast.
The billionaire is widely believed to be the buyer of a $34 million beach house at Sunshine Beach, a price that smashed the Queensland residential sales record.
