Jobs queen Sarina Russo has listed an apartment in the stunning Riparian building up for rent, one of four she owns in the tower.
Ms Russo – who owns three other apartments in the tower that is one of Brisbane’s most coveted addresses – dropped the rent by $50 a week for the large 233sq m two bedroom apartment.

She had been asking $1250 a week for it early last year, but dropped it to $1200 a week in recent listings via realestate.com.au, with bond set at $4,800.
The apartment at 4104/71 Eagle St, Brisbane City, was previously owned by Ms Russo and her nephew Marcello Pennisi, who was a director of her UK Sarina Russo Job Access company.
Ms Russo owns it outright, according to CoreLogic records, with the property previously fetching as much as $1400 a week almost a decade ago.
The large apartment has breathtaking views from almost every room.
