Downsizers and professionals have been drawn to a Brisbane development seeking new apartments in a highly-desirable location.
Bloom on Wesley’s quality design, location in the heart of Lutwyche and proximity to nearby shopping, public transport and Kedron Brook Parkland’s walking and bike paths, has been popular among owner-occupiers.

The Lutwyche development is 80 per cent sold, with only a handful of spacious, three-bedroom apartments remaining from $720,000.
Developed and being built in-house by Raise Projects, the 36-apartment project with a resort-style rooftop and clever floorplans has attracted many owner-occupiers.
Managing director of Raise Projects, Ramy Raymond, said a mix of downsizers and professionals have bought at Bloom on Wesley, creating a lovely boutique community for buyers.
“Our two-bedroom apartments sold out at the start of the year and our remaining three-bedroom apartments have resonated with buyers due to their size, position and pet-friendliness,” Mr Raymond said.
“Even with construction well underway, as the developer and builder for Bloom on Wesley, we have been able to assist buyers with some customisation at this late stage, which they really appreciate and value.”
Mr Raymond said with a real estate market that was “very buoyant” yet still being tested through continued lockdowns and pressures on building time frames due to material shortages, buyers had given them feedback they appreciated the individual focus they had received from in their buying journey.
Only seven apartments remain at Bloom on Wesley. Three-bedroom apartments range in size from 123 sqm up to 207 sqm, and are priced from $720,000 up to $860,000.
Bloom on Wesley is under construction and due for completion in early 2022.
