A rental investment of Opposition Leader David Crisafulli has hit the market in the far north Qld city where he was once deputy mayor.
The house came up in rental listings this week, at a time when vacancy rates have tightened to their lowest level ever in Townsville where Mr Crisafulli was deputy mayor for four years before state politics.

The three bedroom house in Condon – listed in his wife Tegan Crisafulli’s name – is located just over an hour from where the state politician grew up in North Ingham.
Rent has been set at $320 a week rent, bond at $1,386 and the home is available from June 17.
“This solid, low set house is a great home for a small family. Featuring a large fully fenced yard which is close to nearby schools, public transport, sporting fields and shops,” the listing said.
