POPULAR media personality Sofie Formica has sold the St Lucia home she owns with her husband, Scott Wilkie, for $2.85 million.
Records show the couple paid $2.325 million for the property at 83 Hawken Drive in 2017.

The decade-old home spans three levels with dual entry and a free-flowing floor plan that made for an easy lifestyle for the couple and their three young adult children.
Backing on to St Lucia Golf Course, the five-bedroom home on a 741 sqm block is close to the city and the University of Queensland.
The property is believed to have sold in an offmarket deal through McGrath Paddington.
Formica has long been a favourite in the Australian media landscape, spending the past 30 years in a variety of roles including as a TV presenter, producer, marketer and adviser.
She was the host of The Great Day Out (aka The Great South East) for 12 years, co-founded communications firm Media Potential and was an ambassador for Mercedes-Benz Brisbane and Brisbane Racing Carnival.
The journalist and MC also recently filled in as a radio presenter on 4BC.
