QLD homeowner gives away free Tesla 3 with house sale

7 Walter Avenue East Brisbane, comes with a Tesla 3.

A Queenslander has listed his modern home for sale with a free Tesla 3 and a built-in Tesla fast charger that’ll have you back on the road in an hour.

The four bedroom inner city Hamptons-style home went up for sale this week, with agent Emil Juresic of NGU Real Estate Toowong confirming the owner was looking at offers over $2m.

Home sells for seven times what owner paid

The home is decked out Hamptons style.

Light and bright throughout.

Mr Juresic, who owns a Tesla himself, said the owners decided to sell theirs with the home after recent fuel price increases saw demand spike with long waits for new stock.

“If you buy a Tesla at the moment you have to wait nine to 12 months. You could get one in a week a year ago, but now because there’s big demand for Tesla the owner just thought it might attract a lot more buyers if the Tesla comes with the house.”

The house was built in 2018.

There’s a breakfast bar and butler’s pantry in the kitchen.

The built-in charger in the double garage of 7 Walter Avenue, East Brisbane, was a good feature, Mr Juresic said.

“For example in my own house I don’t have a fast charger and I need 15 hours for my Tesla to charge. In this specific home, the car is charged in less than one hour.”

He said the vehicle suited the inner city lifestyle the home offered.

“The Tesla suits that inner city lifestyle where you don’t have to drive too far.”

According to Tesla, the model 3 goes from 0-100 km/h in 3.3 seconds and has a range of 547km.

The master bedroom comes with a balcony.

The home is very contemporary.

The four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, double garage home was a low maintenance contemporary two-level home in the Hamptons style, he said.

It also has a Ring security camera, a full ADT security system, with open plan living and dining and a kitchen that came with breakfast bar, quality appliances, a gas cooktop and butler’s pantry.

The home was built in 2018, according to CoreLogic records, and the owners are looking at upsizing to a bigger property.
