Fresh off the $745,000 sale of his Capricorn Coast escape, NRL player Tevita Pangai Jr has listed one of his other property investments for sale – a five bedroom duplex.
The 26-year-old Bulldogs star, who previously played for the Brisbane Broncos and Penrith Panthers, has put his five bedroom duplex in Logan Reserve up for sale priced at offers over $699,000.
The property is split into two units, each of which has a lockup garage. The first unit is a three bedder with two bathrooms – one of which in the master suite. The second has two bedrooms and one bathroom – and both units have airconditioning.
Mr Pangai bought the property in July 2019 for $250,000, with records showing developers had been granted approval for a building estimated at $277,000 for the site three months earlier.
Real estate agent Jas Nijjar of Coronis South Springwood – who has the 392sq m property open for inspection on Saturday September 10 at 11.40am- listed the duplex as being built in 2020 and fully fenced.
The listing said the home had a potential weekly return of $855 or over $44,000 a year.
“This amazing duplex is a perfect investment property with a fantastic rental income or even better yet for a first homeowner that is wanting to have a rental income at the same time, or for an extended family member still giving you that privacy with offset living.”
The duplex is a short drive from shopping, doctors and schools.
